Well, here's my self-introduction:

I'm actually not new to DA, but I'd really rather not be associated with a lot of my old artwork, so I'm starting anew. My name's Kane Lutrey, and I'm a graduating senior in the illustration department at Savannah College of Art and Design. I'm 21, and enjoy walks in the rain, sushi, and makeshift bo staff fights in the mall.

I'm in the process of putting together a final portfolio to be available to agents and art directors, and so any critiques you guys could give me would be insanely appreciated. The more advanced the better. I can take it...... T_T

Obviously, my work is very influenced by graffiti (and I actually do my own work on the streets, but that might be a mistake to associate my illegal and legal stuff, so you'll have to do without seeing any of my actual graffiti). Some of my favorite artists and biggest inspirations include: Jasper Goodall, Mode 2, Ross Kirton, Bernie Reid, B-Toy, Sophie Toulouse, Coro, Joshua Middleton, and Yuko Shimizu.

I'm aiming for more of a fashion market, doing posters, album covers, editorial pieces in magazines like Nylon and Interview, and fashion advertising. One of my biggest interests is music (I play guitar, music is my life), so I'd be interested in doing some more music-geared work as well.
